Golf Woodhall Spa is an important golfing centre. Since 1995 it has hosted the headquarters of the English Golf Union, the governing body of men’s amateur golf. In addition to the Championship course the EGU is currently building a second course. The aim of the National Golf Centre is "to provide exceptional coaching facilities and first class courses for golfers of all standards to enjoy.
